About Sarah Childers

Sarah joined the residential real estate industry after a 25-year career in commercial real estate focusing on Multifamily. As the President, of a midsized multifamily firm, Sarah led and directed management operations of a portfolio averaging 10,000+ units. She was also actively involved in new business development and had overall responsibility for the due diligence functions related to acquisitions, development, and dispositions of multifamily assets. Her success in this role made for a seamless transition to residential real estate.

Sarah knows the importance of listening, defining needs, and optimizing the best result for her clients. She prides herself on being a trusted advisor by diligently working to help her clients achieve their real estate goals by utilizing market data, her strong negotiation skills, and through communication.
