About Nicole Deal

Nicole Deal, a licensed NAR member, is Jan's co-listing partner and is involved in the entire listing marketing and sales process. She prepares client market analyses, publishes our monthly and annual sales charts, and is always up-to-date on current market conditions.

 

Nicole is also responsible for client follow-up, aiding contract negotiations, nurturing our databases, spearheading our seller marketing campaigns, and leading our team's technology training. Working in tandem with Jan, her industry knowledge, excellent people skills, energetic, sincere attitude, and professionalism inspire clients and partners alike.
