Why You Need an Agent

Meet our Buyer Advocates

Our Buyer Advocates are an indispensable component of the team. They are experts in the Highland Lakes Market, helping you to navigate the ins and outs of the area and find the perfect home for you. Our agents are familiar with the available inventory, aware of the local nuances, anticipate issues before they arise, and know the questions to ask that can save you a lot of stress, time, and money.

Many people are not cognizant of the expertise, professional knowledge, and just plain hard work that go into bringing about a successful real estate transaction. Our buyer’s agents specialize in this, and they do all of it with NO COST TO YOU!

People often think that they don’t need an agent to represent them, that they can do it all themselves. However, the only person who wins when a buyer attempts to purchase a home without representation is the listing agent. An often unknown fact is that it is actually the home seller who pays for your agent’s commission. So, the question is, why would you try to tackle this extensive process on your own, when there is a licensed professional standing by to do it for you?

Don’t waste any time. Call us today!

Beverly Graham epitomizes energy, integrity and hard work. She grew up relocating frequently both with her family and then with her husband’s career and is a veteran of buying, selling and financing homes. The Hill Country is where she has been proud to call home for over ten years, and she loves helping clients to find their piece of Texas paradise.

As a passionate cook and golfer, she loves sharing great meals and time on the course with her husband Kent.
